Please Note : Since the inception of Aadhaar, the numbers of Aadhaar Enrollment Centers and respective address/locations in different states of India has been changed many times. As per the latest directions from Unique Identification Authority of India, States has to ensure that all aadhaar enrolments, even those made by private agencies, should shift to government or municipal premises from private sites by September. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has directed Public sector and private banks, to establish Aadhaar enrolment centers within their premises by September 30, 2017.
